This article shows you how to see every device signed in to your Vav account and how to sign out a device you no longer use or do not recognise.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in.
  • Each sign-in on a browser or phone creates its own entry in the list. A session that is not used expires on its own after 30 days.

Steps

On the web

  1. Sign in at app.vav.money and open the Account page.
  2. Find the Signed-in devices section. Each entry shows the device or browser, its IP address, and when the sign-in happened.
  3. The device you are using now is marked with a this device badge.
  4. To remove another device, click Sign out next to it.

On the app

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Find the Signed-in devices card. The current device is marked THIS DEVICE.
  3. Tap SIGN OUT next to any other device to remove it.

What happens next

  • You see a “Device signed out” message and the device disappears from the list.
  • That device loses access immediately. Anyone using it must sign in again with your email and password.
  • Your business’s money is not affected.

Fees and limits for this action

There is no fee for this.

Troubleshooting

  • “Could not load sessions.” / “No sessions to show.” — a connection problem. Pull to refresh on the app, or reload the page on the web.
  • “Could not sign out the device” — try again in a moment. If it keeps failing, change your password instead: that signs out every other device at once.
  • I see a device I do not recognise — sign it out, then change your password straight away, and contact support if you think someone else used your account.

FAQs

Why can’t I sign out the current device from the list? The list only removes other devices. To sign out the device you are using, use the Sign out button at the bottom of the Account page (web) or Profile tab (app).

Is there a “sign out everywhere” button? Not as a single button. Changing your password signs out every other device automatically, which does the same job.

What information is stored about each device? The browser or app identifier, the IP address it connected from, and the time of sign-in. This is used only so you can recognise your own sessions.

How long does a session last? A session that is not used expires after 30 days. Active use keeps it alive.
