Learn how to reveal your business card's full number, expiry date, CVV and billing address so you can pay online.

This article shows you how to reveal your business’s Vav card number, expiry date, CVV and billing address so you can pay online.

Before you start

  • You need an active card.
  • Have your password ready — revealing card details always asks you to confirm it is you.

Steps

  1. Open Cards and go to the card you want.
  2. On the web, tap Show details. On the app, tap Show details (it shows Hide once details are visible).
  3. In the Confirm it’s you window, enter your password and tap Confirm.
  4. The card flips over and shows the full card number, expiry date, CVV and the billing address.

What happens next

  • The details hide again automatically after 30 seconds. You can also hide them yourself with Hide details (web) or Hide (app).
  • On the app, screenshots and screen recording are blocked while the details are visible. This protects your card number.
  • Your card details are never stored on your device. They are fetched securely each time you reveal them.

Fees and limits for this action

  • Free. For security, reveals are limited to a few per minute.

Troubleshooting

  • “Password is incorrect.” Type your account password again — the same one you use to sign in.
  • “Could not load card details”. A temporary connection problem. Wait a moment and tap Show details again.
  • The details disappeared while I was typing them. They auto-hide after 30 seconds. Reveal them again and copy what you need.
  • I can’t screenshot the card on my phone. That is on purpose. Type the details into the payment form instead of saving a picture of them.

FAQs

Where does the billing address come from? It is the address from the account’s identity verification. You cannot change it in the app. If a shop asks for your billing address, use exactly what is shown on the card.

Is it safe to reveal my details? Yes, when you are in a private place. Never share your card number or CVV in chat or email, and never read them to anyone who calls you.

Why do I have to enter my password? The full card number and CVV are enough to spend your business’s money, so Vav always checks it is really you before showing them.

Can I add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay? Not from the Vav app today.
